Marital Status
:  This offer is reserved for married or cohabiting (living together) couples only. Couples must be traveling and attend the presentation together (no exceptions).
Age
:  Married or cohabiting couples - One must be between 25 and 75 years of age.
Identification
:  Upon arrival, participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, military ID, etc. Couples must have matching addresses on both ID's. If addresses do not match then you must bring and show proof of same residence. Acceptable forms of proof of same residence are a utility bill, bank statement, house deed or marriage license.
Credit Card
:  Along with ID, participants must also present a valid major credit card that matches the name on the photo ID (in the case of a couple only one must show a credit card). A major credit card is defined as a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card with an open line of credit. Bank debit card, prepaid cards, direct deposit or alternative banking cards do not meet the qualifications for this offer and are not accepted.
Employment
:  Participants must be gainfully employed or retired, no full-time students (in the case of a couple only one must meet this requirement).
Income
:  Participants must make a yearly income of at least ,000 USD before taxes (married or cohabiting couples may combine income). Disability income, investment income, child support and alimony do not count towards the income requirement.
Bankruptcy
:  Guests that are involved in active bankruptcy or loan modification proceedings are not eligible.
Traveling Groups
:  Only One (1) Offer Per Group Allowed. A group is defined as multiple-related parties that know each other (friends, family members, colleagues, etc.) and are traveling on the same or coinciding dates. The resorts do not allow guests that are part of a group to take advantage of separate promotions in this instance.

Payments
:  Payment is expected within 24 hours of auction's purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, M/C, Discover, Amex) and Paypal for payment.  All payments are processed through Paypal.
Making A Reservation
:  Reservations for this package must be made at least 5 days prior to desired check-in date (no exceptions).
After purchasing our auction, the next step is call us to book your reservation & travel dates. This is a required step. We encourage you to do so immediately after purchase, or at least within 24 hours after purchase.  You will find our contact phone numbers in the "About/Contact" tab in this listing.
Availability
: Please note that rooms are based on availability and reservation requests are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis.  Due to the popularity of these promotions, units that show in our system as available at the time of booking occasionally get sold out by the time the hotel receives the request.  In the event of this occurring we will contact you immediately upon receiving notice to offer alternative accommodations (if available), which may decrease or increase the total cost of your package.  If you elect not to accept any alternative offer, we will issue you an immediate refund of the full amount charged.
Vacation Package Confirmation
:  Please allow up to 3 business days processing time after booking with us to receive your confirmation (if this is a last-minute reservation then naturally your confirmation will be expedited). Once the resort confirms your reservation, you will receive a final confirmation letter from us via email. The confirmation letter will provide you with all details you will need (confirmed travel dates, arrival/check-in instructions, address, directions, gifts you will receive, etc.).
Reschedule Policy
:  As long as you contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date there is no charge to reschedule.  Room rates however do fluctuate depending on the season and surcharges may apply during holidays/special events, therefore the price of the package may be more or less, based on your new requested travel dates.  In the event you are not able to reschedule, or if you contact us to do so within 7 days of arrival date, please refer to our cancellation policy (below).
Cancellation Policy
:  Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are entitled to a full refund minus a 5% processing fee or (whichever is greater).  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee plus the cost of 1 room night at rack rate (rack rate is based on the resort/hotel standard nightly rate of your scheduled check-in date).

Q:  Do I have to buy/join anything to take advantage of this offer?
A:  No, you are not required to join or purchase anything to take advantage of this offer. The only thing we ask is that you attend the preview with an open mind.
Q:  When do I receive my gifts (if applicable)?
A:  Any gifts that are included with a package (tickets, cash gifting, Visa Gift Card, etc.) will be issued to you by the resort, immediately upon completion of the resort preview, with the exception of restaurant.com dining gift cards, which you will receive from us via email along with your vacation package confirmation.
Q:  Can myself or my spouse/significant other attend the presentation separately?
A:  No, both members of the couple must attend the presentation together as a couple.
Q:  We are a family with small children, what about our kids during the presentation?
A:  We understand that many guests have families with small children like yourself, which is why the resort offers free child care for guests. They have a dedicated, supervised play room for kids to be entertained while parents are attending the tour. There are a minimum two day care attendees overseeing the kid's room at all times. Children can stay in the kids room with other kids during the tour or they can stay with you, it's your choice.
