I am not into decorating and dusting. So the rooms are simple and efficient.
Newly revamped accommodations with Queen Bed / Private Full bath, Screened in shared Patio and private entrance with locking door. Secure, safe and Gated.
If you are just looking to secure your gear and a bed to sleep in after your adventures. This place is made for you.
No Daily Maid Service
Super clean, all tile floors, ceiling fan,  3 or 4 Local TV stations,  We finally have Wi-Fi...
Kitchenette in room, coffee maker, toaster,  small refrigerator and microwave, utensils and some dishes.
We are on a water catchment system. So you can bathe and brush your teeth. I suggest picking up bottled water and then refilling them at the water stations. There are 2 nearby. 1 towards Pahoa and the other right next door to the Humane Society Animal Shelter at the rubbish dump.
There are many places to explore on the island of Hawaii. . .
Approximately a 4 minute drive down the street to the water and cliffs. Where you can fish, watch the whales playing.
You can also walk along the coastline.
You can take the hiking trail at the end of Kaloli that takes you to a white sand beach at Haena Beach (Shipman Beach) for the day. Or you can stroll along the cliffs and have a picnic while watching the turtles and whales. This is just in our neighborhood.
Venture to the new black sand beaches down at Pohiki.
Don't forget to set your sight on the Stars of Hawaii. Mauna Kea is the sacred jewel of the Island of Hawaii.
The new Black Sand beach which formed after the Lava flow took Leilani, Kapoho and Pokiki is beautiful.
The Volcanoes National Park is open again with many views of the volcano..
Many Trails to hike. Kona, Haleiwa to Captain Cook.
Hilo has several swimming spots and shopping.
Take a drive along the Hamakua Coast to visit the water falls. Or perhaps a day at South Point and Green sands beach.
Please come visit our lovely island. You won't be disappointed.
