This is my timeshare that I own... No tours required.
Once payment is received, I will message you for details, your name and email, for the reservation/confirmation. There will be a 0 hold on a debit or credit card at check-in and must match the name of the person on the reservation.
Reservation will be placed in your name upon Payment receipt.
Once the Reservation is made, it can not be changed or cancelled.
There are NO REFUNDS and it is non-transferable and no modifications will be made. Seller is not liable for damages. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
