CANCELLATION POLICY
Hard Rock Resorts allows cancellations up to 24 hours prior to check-in date but although they are non-refundable they will issue a credit. The amount of money paid to Hard Rock Resorts for current reservation will be banked with the ability to travel at a future date with no time limit to reschedule. You will be responsible for any additional costs if you travel to a more expensive resort location or a more expensive period.
