I own this timeshare week and cannot use it this year. We have been to the Harborside many times and rented it out as well, so if you have any questions about the reservation process, Harborside at Atlantis Resort and/or the Atlantis, please feel free to ask.
Upon your winning bid and payment, I will personally transfer the reservation into your name, and then I will provide you with a confirmation number for your reservation. You can then call the Harborside Resort to verify the reservation for yourself.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment is expected 24 hours after the auction closes, and there are no cancellations after payment is received. Winning buyer must be over the age of 21, and upon check-in at the Harborside must provide a valid ID and credit card. In order to place the reservation into your name, Starwood Vacation Ownership requires your name, address and number of people traveling along with a contact phone number.
NOTE THAT ALL TRAVELERS NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE BAHAMAS.

4. What is the max number of people that can stay here?
EIGHT. Everybody with a heartbeat counts towards the max number of 8 including infants and children.
5. When is check-in and check-out?

6. Does this auction include airfare?
No. Winning bidder must make arrangements for airfare on their own.
7. What contact will have with you if I win the auction?
After the auction, I will send my email and phone number to the winning bidder. He/she can contact me anytime between 9am and 9pm eastern standard time to get winning bidder's info.  I will then transfer the week into their name!
