A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check in at this resort.  NO PETS.  While a credit card impression will be taken at check in for incidentals, there are no additional costs to the successful bidder outside of any damages to the unit or, for example, activity center fees, LD calls, restaurant charges, the transient occupancy tax  etc.  Local and Toll Free calls are free.  Check in is at 4 pm on the beginning date listed and check out is at 10 am on the ending date listed.
