I am a Wyndham Resorts owner and have reserved the rental time listed above. I will contact Wyndham and have them generate a guest certificate issued with the winning bidders name, address and email. The name and address provided with your PayPal payment must match the winning bidders government issued ID to check into the resort. I will then email the winning bidder their confirmation certificate within 24 or 48 hours once I receive the revised email confirmation certificate from Wyndham.
CONDITIONS:
There is no additional cost to the successful bidder for this vacation rental package. Price paid includes all lodging rental, state and local taxes. There are no refunds unless the listed vacation rental time is no longer available.
No timeshare presentation is required.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. NO Pets are allowed. Trained service animals are permitted. A valid credit card is required at check-in for any on-site incidentals. Incidental charges responsible from the winning bidder include any restaurant charges, activity center fees, telephone calls, transportation to and from the resort, parking, any suite pilfering or damage, etc. This resort has a Non-Smoking policy.
