Downtown Gatlinburg, TN, all except studio have full kitchen, living / dining area, on property washer & dryer access. Sleep up to 8 people. Gatlinburg Town Square is an Exploria resort. Prices are anywhere from to 0 per night. These prices represent a studio in quiet (January/February) season up to a 3BR in prime (Summer/Fall) season. Sunday through Thursday is 40% less than weekends. Length of stay is flexible. We have owned at this resort for many years, and visit when we can. We currently have more time available than we will be able to use. Contact me before purchasing for specific availability and pricing (check-in / check-out dates, size unit). Once payment in full has been received, I will contact the resort with your information for check-in and then you can call to confirm everything is set. Other Exploria resort locations may be available also.

Resort has an indoor & outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, playground & outdoor basketball court.  You are steps from the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg near the Convention Center.  It is located 414 Historic Nature Trail in the heart of Gatlinburg Tennessee, within easy walking distance to downtown and all the entertainment, shopping and nightlife only the Smokies could offer. Trolley stop is located in front of the resort.
As soon as you arrive at the resort, you’ll find yourself adjusting to ‘mountain time’ as you gaze upon a three-story waterfall cascading down the stone tower. Let the vacation begin by lounging in a rocking chair or by grilling along side our spring-fed creek. Here, you can indulge in the many attractions, such as an aerial tram ride 2,675 feet above the city, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Must be 21 to check in, a major credit card will be required to be on file for incidentals.  Renter must supply name and contact information of person checking in.  You will have my email and cell phone number for any questions during your stay.
I have successfully rented this in the past and have only heard great feedback.  There is absolutely NO requirement for tour or sales presentation, nor additional charge including tax.
