How does it work?
1.) Contact me through the eBay listing to check on availability for the dates you are planning on traveling. DVC is flexible and can be used anytime of year to book your vacation at the following resorts:

BEFORE
you purchase the auction. Room rates vary based on a number of factors including availability, length of stay, resort, waitlisting, advanced booking, season, qty of points needed, room type, among others.
2.) When renting DVC points, the owner of those (that's me) makes the reservation on your behalf.  A Travel Plan number (confirmation number) will be provided that you can verify through your My Disney Experience page.
3.) How is it different than a regular resort stay booked through Disney?
First, and foremost, it's significantly cheaper

Mousekeeping is less frequent
There are are no taxes (12.5% savings)***

No extra fees for extra adults
Bookings are nontransferable, nonrefundable. We do offer booking protection however
***Aulani charges a transient tax due at check-out

If you have any questions about renting or the rental process, I would be happy to help. I am a very experienced renter, and these are my personal points. This allows me to offer flexibility (regarding payment options, waitlisting, dining plans, you name it) that the broker's are either unable or unwilling to provide... at least not for free.
