My Family has been numerous times and my kids love it!! -- Ok, I love it too -- even though I'm not a kid! The health spa is AMAZING, on site restaurants, boat service to Disney Springs all a short walk. On site Golf Course, one of the best in the area.
What we love about Saratoga Springs is that it is in walking distance to the new Disney Springs -- A mecca of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Awesome vibes during nights and weekends.  It even has a couple of Starbucks locations (my hubby’s favorite part).

The Next Steps:
Please send us a message with your desired travel week prior to making the payment. We will confirm with you within 2 hours (during normal business hours) if that week is available. At which time, proceed with making a payment.  Reservation is not secured until the FULL Payment is received. You must be 21 or older and have a major credit card to check in (0 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the beginning date listed.
Upon successful payment of listed price and after sending all the other necessary information, the reservation will be placed in your name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be EMAILED to you.
Confirmations are only sent via Email, which is all you need to check in.  There is nothing actually shipped to you!
In order to place the reservation in your name, I will need a FULL name, address, phone #, and an email address. You can send this information in the Note to Seller section, while completing your purchase.  Your name should match the one on a government issued ID.  If your information is not correct, or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller at the time of purchase.  The reservation can only be in one person's name.  Once this name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of 0.

Please note, at our end we will add the Guest name to this reservation immediately upon payment is received. The confirmation email will be sent directly to the email provided at the time of purchase, within 3-5 business days.
In the DVC system, the reservation remains in the original owner name until 14 days prior to arrival.
Due to the policies of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, Guests are only able to verify the reservation or add their guest names  14 days prior to the check-in date at the resort level. Guests are required to call the DVC line directly anywhere between 2 days to 14 days prior to arrival.  This is a necessary step.
The Resort staff is NOT able to verify guest names on the reservation, until the reservation is within 14 days from the check in date.  The Disney Dining Plan and My Disney Experience app can be linked AFTER the name is assigned, and usually only about 14 days from arrival date. In some rare cases, Guests who purchased the weeks from us in the past, have been able to do it sooner! No guarantees : )
