Please note that this auction is for the Wilderness Lodge Resort for the dates specified, but I can look at other dates or resort options (please contact me with questions, but please keep in mind that the Wilderness Lodge is very popular and difficult to book less than 7 months prior to arrival).

By renting my Disney Vacation Club points, you can stay at a Disney resort for far less than paying regular room rates. The price you pay covers your full lodging cost.  There are no additional resort fees or taxes.

Studio units are spacious and feature a mini kitchen.
One- and two-bedroom suites include full kitchens and in-room washer and dryer.
COMPLIMENTARY RESORT TRANSPORTATION:
Motor coaches, water taxis and monorails make getting around Walt Disney World Resort convenient!

As a Disney Resort guest, you will enjoy extra time in the parks.
Plus, you get to book fast passes and dining reservations before other people.
The Wilderness Lodge is one of Disney’s most popular resorts with direct access to the Magic Kingdom via boat launches.
Your studio villa comes equipped with the following amenities:

Housekeeping:
Because Disney Vacation Club resorts are designed to be a "home away from home," daily housekeeping service is not provided.
For stays of seven or fewer nights, Trash and Towel Service is provided on day four (day one is your check-in date). With this service, Housekeeping will:

Empty the trash and put new liners in the wastebaskets
·
Provide fresh bathroom towels
·
Replace shampoo, facial soap and bath soap
·
Replenish facial tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper
·
Replenish coffee, sugar, and cream
·
Replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, sponges, and laundry detergent as applicable

This listing is for a one-time rental of my Disney vacation points and not a purchase of my ownership interest in Disney Vacation Club.
The room reservation will be in your name.
Park tickets, meals and other incidentals are not included.
Lodging is for the number of nights specified for the dates and resort listed herein.
Because I am committing my vacation points, cancellations/refunds are not possible.
If a change is needed, I absolutely try my best to work something out within Disney's re-booking policies.  For your protection and mine, I will provide you with a signed agreement outlining all the details of this rental.
