This is a 5 (Five) Night and 6-Day Confirmed Rental (11/22/22 to 11/27/22)
This reservation is for a DELUXE Studio near the HOSPITALITY HOUSE for the THANKSGIVING Holiday Checking in the Tuesday before Checkout the Sunday afterwards.  Old Key West is Disney's original Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resort of which is my home resort.  I booked this reservation before they were available to other non-OKW DVC owners.  Being next to the Hospitality House puts you next to the pool area, Olivia's Cafe, the Ferry that takes you to Disney Springs, the Coach Flats store and the outgoing bus!  Best of all, it is a holiday week for kids and still very much warm enough to enjoy everything without the extreme Summertime heat!
This unit is literally WALKING distance to everything at Old Key West with its room designation. The unit has a kitchenette with TWO Queen Beds that sleeps up to four Adult guests and a Balcony/Patio.  See below for the Hospitality House Building locations.  There are only EIGHT buildings with this designation.  Your room will be in one of them!

The reservation is currently in my name as I am the owner of the DVC membership which booked it and will transfer into your family's names once payment is received.  There WILL NOT be a resort transfer fee of which several other sellers are charging.  Once transferred, you can manage the reservation and Add-On's through My Disney Experience  Also, you will be able to make YOUR OWN Dining Reservations for Character Meals and Shows, etc.
Considering the nature of the reservation, I am afraid I can NOT issue refunds.
The value of this rental is ,072.40 (2 nightly plus tax).
Parking is free and Internet is FREE also since you are a DVC guest of mine.  Free Walt Disney bus shuttles to all of Walt Disney World Parks, water parks, etc., and shopping areas - saves gas. Old Key West has some of the most efficient and available buses throughout the entire WDW area.
