Many of the suites are conveniently located next to the elevators and feature newly decorated, contemporary chic décor that blends modern design with laid-back Hawaiian vibes. The Modern is a hotel that is being converted into a timeshare property. During this time, the hotel rooms will not have kitchens or kitchenettes. Note this resort charges a a night resort fee, that is not included in the buy it now price.  This fee is collected at the resort by the resort.  They require a refundable credit card deposit of 200 at check in.  The resort fee will be charged at check out.
This is my timeshare that I own... No tours required.
Reservation will be placed in your name upon Payment.
Once the Reservation is made, it can not be changed or cancelled.
There are no Refunds or Travel Insurance Available through me.
