2-bedroom deluxe fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue and other consumable supplies will be furnished.
Sleeping arrangements:
1 King bed, 2 double beds and 1 Queen pullout sleeper sofa.
No pets are allowed.
If you are the purchaser,  Guest confirmation to be issued in the name and address you provide at close of auction.  It MUST be in the name and address of the person checking in. We will email you a copy of the Guest Confirmation as soon as it is available to the email address you provide me.
A credit card imprint or 0 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
