This rental is for a 2-BR Lockoff ~1,455 sq. ft, Ocean Front view. Check in Friday September 3 at 4 p.m. or later. Check out Tuesday September 7 by 10 a.m. If you will check in more than 24 hours after the check in date you will need to call the resort and let them know, otherwise your reservation will be subject to cancel by the resort.
Sleeps 8. Includes 2 Kings and 2 sofa sleepers in living rooms and two full bathrooms. The resort closely follows all local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.

Full payment is due within 24 hours of listing end. Payment via PayPal is preferred.
If you cancel on or before June 3, 2021 a full refund will be issued. If you cancel on or before July 3, 2021 a 50% refund will be issued. If you cancel after July 3, 2021, sorry no refund will be issued.

name, address and email with your payment. This information will be used to create a guest confirmation letter with Wyndham. Only the person whose name is on the guest confirmation will be allowed to check in. Any changes to the Name or Address will require an additional fee of 5.
Once assigned into the name you provide the guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you and you must print this out and present it to Wyndham at time of check in.
The name given must be the same as it is on your credit card and must be the person checking in.
The person checking in must be at least 21 and have a valid photo ID and credit card.
If you reserve more than 1 unit with this Wyndham resort for the same dates this will require the different rooms be put into different names.
You will be responsible for any charges you make to the room or damages you cause.
At check in Wyndham will put a 0.00 hold on your credit card if you do not charge anything to the room, or damage anything in the room, the hold will be released.
