    has scuffs.  Made mostly of plastic and blue colored. About 4 1/2" long.  Also has stamped "
    PAT. 4188052 U.S.A.
    " on one side and "
    COLBY'S KETCHUM, OK
    " on the other.  Instruction booklet is dated 1999 on the back.  Pages have instructions for various knots.
