You will be a guest of a VIP owner. NO timeshare tour or presentation required.
This resort collects a Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-in based on unit size.
The primary guest on the reservation must be at least 21 years old with a major credit card (required for security deposit)
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Check-in time at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning the bid.
Confirmation and check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please provide the check-in guest name and address for the guest certificate. Note there is a 9.00 fee to change the guest name after the reservation is made.
