, Florida in a 2 Bedroom Deluxe (NONSMOKING) Ocean Palms. Checking in August 7 at 4 pm check out August 14 at 10 am.
The last day to purchase this reservation is July 21.

At time of purchase, I MUST HAVE
a name, address (no PO Boxes) email and phone number
to put on the reservation.  If the name and address is not received at the time of purchase, I will add the name and address from the PayPal receipt to the reservation.
You must be 21 or older and have a major credit card to check in (0 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.
There is a resort directory in each unit with special instructions and a lot of helpful information.
Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the "buy now" price to the seller.
When the eBay auction is complete and payment is received, I will put your name on the reservation with Wyndham and email a copy of the confirmation to you. If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.  You are not required to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.
Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee.
All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name. The seller will issue this based on the eBay user information supplied from eBay. This should be your legal name matching your government issued id. This fee is included in your winning bid. If your information is not correct with eBay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid. Those that need name change after this will be responsible for the guest certificate fee. (9.00)
This is a Timeshare unit. You are
not required
to attend a timeshare sales presentation or to accept a Welcome Gift.
You will be the guest of the owner. The unit will be in your name when you check in

Helpful Hints

2. Once reservations are put
in your name
, the unit is
yours
for the dates indicated.  You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay.
Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction.  If you don't arrive, it will sit empty.
However, there will not be any nights  added to your stay for any unused nights, and no refunds.
3.  The resort has
a Non-Smoking
policy in the units and buildings.
4.  The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times.  Check-in time is typically 4:00 pm daily; check-out time is typically 10:00 am.
There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.

6.  A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.
Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.
