CLUB WYNDHAM PLUS POLICIES
Very Important: Club Wyndham Resorts will allow you to put only one name on the reservation; that person must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and is staying in the unit.  If you are that person please include your email address and cell phone number and Wyndham will email the reservation directly to you, and contact you prior to check-in, if necessary.
If you are not the one staying in the unit please send me that person's name, address, email and cell phone number.
Be very sure of the name you want to go on the guest certificate.
Please note:  I
f you need to change the name on the guest certificate at a later date
there will be a
charge of .00.  This is what Club Wyndham charges us.
At time of payment I will contact Wyndham and they will email the reservation to the person staying in the unit, (if you provide me the email address), otherwise they will send it to me which I will mail at that time, usually within 3-5 days
A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in for security purposes.
The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
If you need to cancel your reservation please know that your purchase price cannot be refunded.
If you have more than one unit reserved for dates that overlap within the same time period the additional reservation(s) will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification, and forfeiture of the purchase price.
Early Check-out:  An early check-out will result in the forfeiture of the purchase price for the remainder of your reservation.
Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.
There are no other fees due when you check in; and you are not required to attend any meeting to tour the Resort during your stay.
A fee may be associated with some of the resorts amenities and activities. Please contact the resort for more details.
Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all affiliated locations.
