The dates for this reservation are fixed and cannot be changed
. The total price for this vacation stay is the final winning bid. Some features, activities, facilities and amenities may be enjoyed for an additional charge if you so desire.  Out of respect for all our guests pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that they may assist you in locating a local kennel facility. Your specific unit will be assigned at check-in.  Guest confirmations and all needed documentation and directions will be emailed within 2-3 business days of receiving full payment. Full payment is due within 24 hours of final bidding.
No timeshare presentation is required
. A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. This is a non-smoking resort. None compliance will result in the assessment of a substantial fee. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy. A hold charge will be placed against your credit card at check-in and released when you check-out.  Guests will be charged for any damages to the unit during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the beginning date listed; check-out is
10:00 a.m.
on the ending date listed.
REFUND POLICY
: There will be no refunds within 15 days of the check-in date.  Cancellations received and acknowledged prior to that time will be charged a processing fee.
