This is a 2 bedroom unit with a King bed in the master, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  Sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
It is a perfect base to experience the best of the U.S. capital, Alexandria, Arlington, and Baltimore to include the Cherry Blossom Festival. This resort puts you right at the center of Maryland’s waterfront district. Enjoy National Harbor’s premier shopping and dining, along with the Capital Wheel, sightseeing cruises, and fishing excursions. Washington D.C. is a short drive away with all the monuments, museums, and federal buildings. The resort has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, LEGO room, video game room, billiards room, socials, and more.
Self parking is available off-site for per day. The parking facility is not affiliated with the resort. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.  Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing.  A security deposit of 0 is required upon check-in.
The Cherry Blossom Festival runs from March 20 through April 16, 2023.  This is a high-demand resort, especially during the Cherry Blossom Festival.
This is a time share resort.  You are
not
required to attend a sales presentation.  You will be offered at check-in an opportunity to attend a presentation and receive compensation.  That is your choice to say yes or no.  We say no!
After purchasing, you must contact me with name, address, phone number, and email address to use to order the guest confirmation.  After evidence of payment is received, I will request the guest confirmation using the information you provide.  Wyndham will email the check-in information which constitutes delivery of the necessary resort documentation for check-in.  You must show a valid ID matching the name on the guest confirmation, provide a credit card for a resort required refundable security deposit, and be at least 21 years old to check in.
This listing is check-in on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 after 4 PM and departure on Sunday, April 9, 2023 before 10 AM. This is a total of 5 nights. Wyndham does not allow pets.
