Your guest reservation fee is included in the final price that you pay, however any subsequent name changes will incur a fee as charged by the resort.  The person checking must be at lease 21 and have a major credit card for a refundable deposit and incidentals. I am a Wyndham owner and you will be staying as my guest. You do NOT have to attend any kind of timeshare presentation, though you may be asked, it is NOT mandatory.  Parking is free and there is a shuttle available to Disneyworld for a fee.  This is a nonrefundable reservation, however in the unlikely event that the resort  or Wyndham cancels the reservation you will receive a full refund.  Some amenities may be closed temporarily due to COVID restrictions.
