ABOUT THE SELLER:
I am a Wyndham Resorts owner and have reserved the rental time listed above. A guest certificate from Wyndham with the winning bidders name and address will be issued and emailed to the winning bidder the same day of sale as long as the seller is able to notify Wyndham before 6pm EST. Otherwise the guest confirmation will be emailed to the buyer the next day. The name and address provided with your PayPal payment must match the winning bidders government issued ID to check into the resort.
CONDITIONS:
There is no additional cost to the successful bidder for this vacation rental package. Rental dates are fixed and cannot be changed. Guests can arrive after the scheduled check in date and depart before the scheduled check out date as long as the resort is notified ahead of time to avoid the reservation from being cancelled. Price paid includes all lodging rental, taxes, and municipal fees. There are no refunds unless the listed vacation rental time is no longer available.

All guests shall abide by all policies set by the management of the resort.

loss of such property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other
persons, nor from any problems with the rental unit from any other
cause whatsoever, or be liable for any injury to the registered guest
nor any other person in or about the premises.  Registered guest
expressly agrees to save seller harmless from all liabilities.
No timeshare presentation is required.
The winning bidder must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. NO Pets are allowed. Trained service animals are permitted. A valid credit card is required at check-in for any on-site incidentals. Incidental charges responsible from the winning bidder include any restaurant charges, activity center fees, telephone calls, transportation to and from the resort, parking, any suite pilfering or damage, etc. This resort has a Non-Smoking policy.
