Reservation Details:
You will be the guest of a Presidential Reserve/Founders owner.
NO timeshare tour or presentation will be required.
The name given as the primary guest must be the first to check in if you have multiple parties, must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card (required for security deposit).
Check-in is at 4:00pm, Check-out is at 10:00am.
The resort has a no-smoking policy in any and all buildings and No Pets are allowed.
A reservation confirmation and check-in instructions will be sent by email after receiving payment and confirming the name, address, phone number & email of the person checking in.
Please be advised: If you provide a name for the reservation and then need to change it to a different name, Wyndham charges a fee to make any changes to the guest certificate after the reservation is made.
***Wyndham will not allow the same name on more than one unit at the same resort during the same time period. If you book one unit through me and another unit of any size or type through someone else, this still applies. You also cannot have overlapping reservations in the same name. It will end up costing you an additional to change the name on one of your reservations. If you have not made this change more than 15 days within check in and there are still more than one reservation in the same name for the same or overlapping dates, Wyndham will cancel one or all of them.
