Why stay by the water when you can stay ON the water? Imagine waking up in the heart of Clearwater Beach aboard this 52-foot houseboat located surrounded by the beauty of the ocean on all sides. This water oasis is moored out in a calm, shallow area of the intracoastal and comes with a 14 foot motorized bimini-covered shuttle boat rental to get a short distance to land. This rental also includes the use of a double kayak. Guests are renting out the entire boat.
This Ocean Oasis houseboat is a perfect place to self isolate if that’s what a family chooses to do since it’s out in the water, albeit close to shore, and comes with a shuttle boat to go to Publix for groceries if desired. You can also use the shuttle boat to go to a nearby island with a beach. We do a thorough job cleaning the boat in between guests as we clean all surfaces each and every time we rent out this houseboat. We originally designed the boat with cleanliness in mind with all counter surfaces being granite with the flooring being wood and marble. Also, all furniture is leather so that it can be thoroughly sanitized. We also make sure to sanitize all handles and knobs in the boat as well as the shuttle boat.

With this rental, you get the private use of the entire boat. It is an air conditioned boat with two separate units that run off of a 7500 watt quiet Honda generator, which is housed on the top deck. It is also solar power equipped to run two refrigerators, coffee maker, microwave, hot water heater, and lights without a generator.
Enjoy breathtaking views and a unique vacation experience in this prime beach location. This boat is located in the heart of the beach area on the intracoastal waterway with many shops and restaurants located within walking distance on shore. Pier 60 is in walking distance, and you can use the provided shuttle boat to travel to the Clearwater Aquarium, Publix, and waterfront restaurants with docks.
Guests should be in good health and able-bodied as they will need to be able to step aboard the boat and get on and off of the shuttle boat. At least one member of the party must be capable of operating a single engine dinghy boat or be able to row it a short distance to shore. It doesn’t require much boating experience as you can row it if you don’t feel comfortable using the engine, and it is only necessary to row or motor in a short distance to land, as there is a dock nearby to access the beach area.
We will provide a generous amount of gas for electricity per day and a weekly tank of fuel to run the shuttle boat.
This water home is finished with designer fabrics, marble and wood floors, and granite surfaces. Other upgrades are plentiful in this house boat. The bright and cheerful bedroom features a queen pillow-top mattress bed with premium linens, built in closet and dresser, remote-controlled light, and ceiling stereo speakers. The bath features over-sized bath towels, a pedestal sink, electric toilet, and full-sized shower. The office boasts a granite desk, cabinet space, surge protector, USB outlet, and board games. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a fireplace, coffee station, and two mini refrigerators (one is a 12 volt marine refrigerator and the other is a regular refrigerator, both running off solar power to keep your food items cold 24 hours a day). The living room features a full-sized leather sectional, leather chair and ottoman, Bluetooth stereo, ceiling-mounted television that gets around 40 channels (and is solar-powered) and DVD player with an assortment of DVDS. An internet hotspot provides WiFi on the boat. It is also equipped with a queen-size air mattress for children.
A special feature of this boat is the huge top deck that has outdoor speakers connected to a Bluetooth sound system and a covered lounge area with zero-gravity chairs. The expansive top deck also has a gas grill and bar area with a double chaise lounge chair. A front lower deck area with a table and a bench and a back deck also provides for extra space and seating. This boat makes it possible to enjoy the uniqueness of being out in the water, away from land, while enjoying the luxury of having hot water for showers, air conditioning and heat, microwave, coffee maker, television, working electrical outlets, and lights by use of an outdoor generator and solar power.
The views are spectacular during the day and especially at night, as you are surrounded by the twinkling of lights all around you. The location in the heart of Clearwater Beach is ideal as you are only a few hundred yards from the beach when you come to shore. This luxury water suite gives you the best of boat worlds in a beach vacation, as it will enable you to escape to the quiet and peaceful water when you want as well as enjoy the award winning beach area.
