There are no ticket media, air transportation, meals, transfers, insurance, or other items included.
Rooms are Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
Renter understands
there are no daily housekeeping services at Disney Vacation Club resorts
, but rather Trash and Towel service on the fourth day. Feel free to ask housekeeping for something if you run out.
Booking similar accommodations, when available (DVC Members and their Guests have priority), through Disney will generally cost much more. You can have a GREAT vacation and save a bundle of money!

have to pay the usual Florida 12.5 % hotel tax.

I can also help you with dining suggestions, find airline tickets, discounted park tickets and a schedule to get you through the park in a timely, efficient manner.
