You are looking at a confirmed reservation for a studio accommodation at Disney's Grand Floridian resort for December 24th and 25th, 2022.  A confirmed reservation means that I as the timeshare owner already have it reserved and I just simply need to change my info over to the buyer's info.  Disney's price for the same exact dates and room accommodation is 00 after taxes.  This is a significant savings of over 0 which can go towards park tickets, dining, airfare and more.  While there are other resorts that decorate well for Christmas, there is no other resort that does it better than the Grand Floridian.  Walk to the Poly for drinks, walk to MK or take the boat or monorail.  Your choice!  Along with your purchase, I'll be here with you 100% of the way to assist with linking your reservation.
Resort - Disney Grand Floridian
Room - Studio Standard View in a DVC studio.  This is NOT in the new resort rooms.  This room comes with a kitchenette, larger mini fridge, microwave and basic utensils making for a more enjoyable experience.

I am the timeshare owner.  You are renting my annual allocation of vacation points.
All sales are final.  I will help you re-rent your reservation if something changes but that does not guarantee a refund.
By purchasing this reservation, you agree that you have searched the park availability calendar as well as any hard ticket events for availability if you intend to visit any of the parks during this stay.
Free parking at the resort is included but not at the parks.  Round trip airport transportation is available through several third party services but is no longer offered by Disney.  The price you see is what you pay, no additional money is due to me or to Disney at check in.
As my guest, you are treated the same as any other Disney guest and will be able to take advantage of any special early entry or after hours offerings from Disney.  This does not include after hour hard ticket events like Mickey's Christmas Party.
This is for accommodation only.  No other services (tickets, planning, discounts etc) are included.  You are simply securing deluxe accommodations from a timeshare owner opposed to Disney direct which saves you considerable money.
