While on Maui you will be staying in a spacious one bedroom Deluxe Ocean View/Front, not merely ‘ocean view’, condominium with an oversized bathroom, kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, coffee maker and an electric frying pan.  Additional kitchen items are available from the hospitality staff. Your condominium sleeps up to 4 adults plus an additional young child can be accommodated.  Your en-suite includes a comfortable king size tempurpedic mattress and attached bathroom with his and her sinks, large walk in shower, separate deep soaking tub, and private lanai with a view of some of Hawaii’s other islands and for watching sunsets and giant Humpback whales. A king size sofa sleeper with a comfortable tempurpedic mattress is incorporated into the updated living room furniture. Free valet and self parking in the covered garage, WiFi throughout the resort, cable tv’s and DVD player are all included at NO additional cost.
You must be 21 years old to rent this condominium and the person with the name on the reservation must present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check in. You are responsible for paying the nightly state and county imposed occupancy tax collected at checkout and a 0 fully refundable security deposit that is refunded at checkout if there is no damage to your condominium.  You are responsible for your incidental expenses.
YOU WILL NOT PAY A RESORT FEE OR CLEANING FEE.
Within 24 hours after your purchase the Ka’anapali Beach Club will email to you a written confirmation in your name with your confirmation number for your Deluxe Ocean View/Front accommodation. An additional copy of the confirmation will be mailed to you via USPS first class mail.
