Just returned from a wonderful week at Sun Palace. It was great this year, to be a guest of yours, we received the Black VIP bands and had a great room on the 6th floor facing the ocean.
It was another great vacation at the Sun Palace. We walked from the Sun Palace to the Cancun Palace and Beach Palace on the road one day and walked the beach the next. It took only a little over an hour to go from the Sun Palace to Cancun Palace walking the beach. The whole entire beach on the coast is in great shape since they just put all new sand on it. We are excited about the Cancun Palace next summer for our family trip. Was not that impressed with Beach Palace seemed kind of closed in.
We will let you know when our next trip is to a Palace resort and use you for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sun Palace. Everything went off without a hitch, from the airport transportation to the our much dreaded return home.
The renovated Sun Palace was truly spectacular. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the rooms were gorgeous. The food was very good and the drinks were all top shelf, but what truly distinguishes a Palace vacation is the service. The phrase ?it?s my pleasure? still rings in my ears as we heard it after every request. My wife and I enjoyed swimming with the dolphins, our included massages/manicures/pedicures, and getting to visit 3 other Palace Resorts.
You really made it easy to take this trip. The price was fantastic, your instructions spot on, and your emails and reminders were great. Everyone should take this trip. Again, thanks!

Dave; Your package to Palace Resorts (went to SUN) and recommendations for sight seeing were superb. The instructions you gave to transfer to hotel after arriving at the airport were better than the Resort's. The resort could not have been better for an all-inclusive and all adult hotel. The room was exceptional and we have stayed at other resorts around Cancun. The beach was exquisite and snorkeling available a short walk away. Top shelf beverages are available (unlike many all-inclusives) and served freely. The ease in traveling which you have provided through your services and package were remarkable as we never have had a better scheduled trip.

We ran into a couple of guests from Moon/Cancun Palace that ended up moving to our hotel because of the ?kid? factor. I guess it gets pretty crazy/chaotic at those large family resorts so they were much happier with the Sun Palace scene.

Our vacation was everything we hoped it would be. The Sun Palace was absolutely fabulous!! The Palace resorts set the standard for all inclusive vacationing. The airport transfers were very punctual, the hotel location is ideal for an adults only hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful (just the right size, not too small and definitely not big) and the customer service was amazing. The rooms are spectacular with amazing ocean views. We especially enjoyed sipping champagne and eating strawberry cheesecake in the Jacuzzi while overlooking the beautiful topaz blue waters of the Caribbean. And all this started by booking our vacation through you, thanks so much for making our free time as memorable as it was. The one bad thing was that we only booked for 7nts, definitely didn't want to leave. We are already planning our next vacation and we are definitely considering doing a palace resort again, and of course booking through you. Please keep us informed of the new location opening up in the Dominican Republic(Punta Cana) later this year.

Dave, Just wanted to say we had a fabulous time at Sun Palace Resort. The staff there was incredibly courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for better service. The room was gorgeous, as was the view of the beach. The food was very good except for the Italian. I don't think they quite get Italian seasonings. We also enjoyed the spa package. The massage was great even though it was only 30 minutes. The hotel is very quiet at night. So if your future guests would like any kind of night life, they would need to take a bus or taxi into town. It is perfect if all you want to do is relax. We liked the Tulum excursion but would not recommend Xel-Ha. It was very expensive, the food was not good and the snorkeling was really uneventful.
Thanks again for all your helpful tips and information. You were awesome at responding to questions right away and really you made this vacation very easy to plan. I would definitely recommend you to any persons interested in going to Cancun.

Well I just wanted to let you know that our vacation was great-- as I hoped it would be. Sun Palace is a wonderful hotel. I was very impressed. My husband and I thought it was a little too quiet, but we visited Cancun Palace, and that place had people everywhere!! The service was absolutely amazing at all of the Palace resorts, although we only got to visit Xpu-Ha Palace and Cancun Palace. Beach Palace wasn't open yet. We were very generous in tipping everyone because they do such a great job. I really wanted to visit Moon Palace but we just ran out of time.
While the Mayan ruin tours were interesting, they actually took all day long. We went on Tulum and Chichen-Itza and that took two days out of our vacation. I was a little disappointed because Paradise Snorkeling and Isla Mujeres tours were already booked for the whole week when we got there. Also they weren't offering any shuttles to any of the other Palace Resorts so transportation was on our own.
The food was okay, the drinks were okay. Seafood there was great, but the beef and chicken entrees seemed that the meat was old and had been frozen awhile. The pools were beautiful and clean, and everything about the facilities was super clean. The mini-fridge was always stocked with bottled water. Room service was very prompt and they always called and confirmed that we had received it and that everything was there. Room service breakfast was actually very good.
Although pretty much everyone at the hotel speaks English, it sure makes it easier just to speak Spanish. (I speak fluent Spanish). Also the bus drivers don't speak English so I was kind of glad I speak Spanish. We did get our massages. I got the manicure and pedicure. They were great. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks! I will be leaving positive feedback for you on Ebay.

I want to thank you very much for putting your Sun Palace vacation on ebay. My husband and I just returned and we had an absolutely fabulous time. In fact it was best time we had in Cancun so far. The hotel was beautiful and the service was impeccable. Our room was so large with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The food was delicious with so many choices. Although the hotel was full to capacity, it never felt crowded at all and we never had to wait to be seated for any meal. I also noticed that there was a high ratio of staff to guests which I am sure is one of the reasons why the hotel was run so well. Also the hotel was extremely clean, I didn't notice any area that was untidy or unclean. We also visited the Moon Palace to see that hotel. The only disappointment was that the Xpu-Ha Palace and Spa Palace were closed due to damage from Hurricane Emily, so we didn't get to see those two hotels. I guess we will just have to return to Cancun another time!!
This was the best purchase that I ever made on ebay! Thank you very much.
