This auction is FOR 6 nights you choose to stay. (Excluding Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Spring Break - March, Thanksgiving, etc)
Minimum stay is 4 Nights.
PRICE Already INCLUDES
a check in fee of & Cleaning Fee of . You can do as many
nights as you wish. Price will be adjusted by each night added or subtracted - $ 140 per night.
Just email me your dates you would like to stay in the condo - Month of November is
rented. (This price is NOT good for Christmas or New Years week
).  (3 bedroom available from 5 a night - Non -holiday)
We own this condo and it is available all year.
Located at Marina Sol Resort. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1200 sq ft that can sleep up to 6
people. One room has a king bed, one room has Queen bed with bunk beds and a queen sofa
bed in the living room.   Updated bathrooms and a washer Dryer in the unit. We are located on the third floor with a Town/Hills view. Very
comfortable & nice unit.
We also have other units available for different prices. Please email me any questions or if you
would like more pictures.
We are 30 minutes from the airport and we are located in town with all the action. Not along
the corridor - No taxi's needed. You can walk everywhere and only a block from Mendano
Beach, Town or the Marina. See below for our network
