FYI, since this is a timeshare, the concierge will try to bribe you with goodies to sit through a presentation but it is NOT required so just politely decline (unless you want to buy Bluegreen points, that is).

About the resort:
Visiting The Falls Village is like coming home to family.  In fact, the resort is designed with families in mind, from the outdoor picnic area to the kid's playground. The resort is nestled in 22 acres of wooded splendor amid the hills and valleys of the Missouri Ozarks.
One- and two-bedroom suites feature full kitchens and baths, master bedrooms, separate living and dining areas, washer/dryers, whirlpool baths, and balconies or porches to relax and enjoy the natural Ozark landscape.
The picnic area features charcoal grills and is a great place to cook up a meal and meet other owners and make new friends. Afterwards, you can challenge the kids (or your new friends) to a game of mini-golf or shuffleboard. Enjoy a refreshing dip  in your choice of indoor or outdoor pools.
