I have a floating week at this resort which can be use here or at any other affiliated resort. It can be used for any week in the next 12 months based on availability, so the farther out you book, the better chance of getting the exact week you want.

Located at
430 State Highway 165 South, Branson, MO 65616
. The typical 2 bedroom suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and sleeps 6 guests. Carriage Place Resort offers indoor andboard, volleyball, game room and weight room, and a sitting room for adults. The resort schedules weekly activities for guests. Within five miles, Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo offer all types of water activities. Other area attractions include Shepherd of the Hills, live music and entertainment, restaurants, and outlet mall shopping. Silver Dollar City is five miles away. Branson has so much to offer, you will be tempted to extend your stay!
Check in
: Friday/Saturday/Sunday After 4:00pm. Check out: Friday/Saturday/Sunday Before 10:00am. You will be using this resort as the owner’s guest, so you will have access to all events and facilities in this resort.
You are not required to attend a timeshare presentation

All rooms have different types of furniture and settings and may vary from the photos shown.
Note
: Like all hotels, a refundable security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out assuming no damages or room charges.
This resort has a very limited number of pet units available for use by Owners and guests. If confirmed for a pet unit, there is a onetime .00 refundable pet deposit due at check in and returned upon inspection at check out as long as no damages have been made. No more than two dogs, 40 pounds or less each, and we ask that you bring their updated shot records.
You must notify me you are looking for a pet unit.
Once your reservation is completed, you will receive confirmation via email and you will be able to access the Carriage Place guest website to check your reservation status. If you want to extend your stay more than 7 days, you can ask the resort reservation desk for the extension (additional fees apply).

Once booked, all travel is subject to the cancellation policy of RCI and the resort. At this time, the policy is 100% credit if cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancelled between 61 and 90 days, and 25% if cancelled between 31 and 60 days. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. This credit applies to the cost I pay (in points or cash) and does not include auction and transfer fees.
Note: It is very important that you check with me for availability prior to purchasing as PayPal charges a fee even if refunded. Any refunds will be subject to all fees charged to me as a result of the purchase.
