My wife and I own time (points) at Wyndham resorts and use the points to reserve these condos in our name.  We then rent out these pre-booked reservations to you and provide you with a guest confirmation. Recently, Wyndham is giving priority to owners during certain prime time dates, however, this is not the first year they are doing this. It has been done in the past and we handle it by applying your guest name to the reservation on the morning of the day of check-in. We understand that this work around to the new Wyndham restrictions requires a certain degree of trust. Please let me know if you have any other questions and or concerns. I would be happy to help.
This is a timeshare unit. You are
NOT
required to attend any timeshare sales presentations.  I am the owner and you are my guest. There is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability. If you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email us
if it is within 60 days of the date of use
. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If such a unit becomes available we will notify you.
If we reserve a unit that is outside the 60 day window, the cost could be 2 to 4 times higher!

bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue and other consumable supplies will be furnished.
Sleeping arrangements:
King beds, 2 Double beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.
As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this
Gold Crown Resort
on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.
NOTE: No pets are allowed.
If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction. We prefer that you make payment with any major credit card through Paypal. We will also accept a cashier's check or personal check if time allows.
There are no other charges, taxes, cleaning fees or other hidden costs – the final bid price is the total cost for this unit.
A credit card imprint or 0 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is
returned if there are no charges
against the unit. Due to new cancellation policies at Wyndham, cancellations received more than 16 days from arrival date will be accepted for a 75% refund (minus Ebay final fees and Wyndham guest confirmation charge, if incurred) and cancellations received less than 17 days from arrival date will not be accepted and no refund can be given.
