Vintage Antique? Bling silver conchs, do not know if real silver or not. Well used horse breastcollar tack. Item was used 30 years ago for Parades and to run barrels in. It has been sitting packed away in a non-climate controlled tack room all these years. It has 3 conchs on one side I think a small dent in one shown in picture 2. Other side only has two one is missing. It is also missing the one of the leather ties that hooks to saddle to hold on. Both are in tack room I just have to find. But as of now have not so that is the way they are selling. Item has rust . Leather is thick, I think has some weight to it. But it is in very bad shape. I feel item would need some work to use. So many selling the conchs which looks like you could take off and put on something else. Selling item as not working -not mint.  I cleaned silver, oiled leather, awhile back but will need much more loved done to it. Make sure you understand what I have said here before bidding. thank you  I am not an expert on tack.No used item is going to be in pristine condition. Expect things with used items.
