Bluegreen Wilderness Club at Big Cedar, Studio, September 5 - September 10, 2021. This is a five (5) night stay in a Studio, beginning on Sunday for the Labor Day Picnic and Fireworks.
Square ft. - 450; sleeps 4; kitchen - 1 kitchenette; bedding includes 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed most comfortable for 2 children; bath(s) - 1 full, laundry is in common area.
Check In/Out:
Please check in at Brushey Creek Clubhouse.  Arrival at 4 pm on the day of check in and check out at 10 am on day of departure.
There is a daily incidental fee (plus tax) for use of Big Cedar Lodge amenities which is not included in the rental price.  This is the only additional fee that will be charged, therefore, you will be responsible for this fee at checkout (this includes complimentary shuttle service as well as items in room for use such as coffee, cookies, popcorn, soaps for dishwasher/laundry/grooming, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). A credit card will be required at check in.
Parking: On site, no charge.  Free auxillary parking available for boat trailers.  Boat Slips are available to rent for an extra fee.
Confirmation: The room will be assigned upon arrival. If you are the auction winner, please message me through eBay with your name, email address and the number of guests in your party so that I can transfer the reservation to your name.  Please note that, only the person whose name is on the reservation will be able to check in upon arrival.  Minimum age for check in is 18.  I will message you with the confirmation number and will email you a copy of the reservation in your name.
