dramatic views that may include old-growth cypress trees, the shimmering Bay Lake, the lush courtyard or Cinderella Castle. Enjoy enchanting pools, award-winning dining and the extensive offerings of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, connected by the convenient Sky Way Bridge.
These Disney Vacation Club Two Bedroom Villas feature 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. A whirlpool tub in the Master bathroom, a clothes washer & dryer, a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed and either a sleeper sofa or another queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room. The attached layout image is a representation of the typical 2 bedroom villa layout but the actual 2 bedroom villa booked may vary slightly.

If payment is made by check, the transfer of the reservation to the buyer's name will take place after the check clears.

A verifiable Disney confirmation number will be provided as soon as the reservation has been transferred to your name.
No additional resort fees or taxes would be required for your stay.
Purchase of this accommodation does not include park tickets or any type of food or dining.
This is a guaranteed reservation good only for the dates shown.
Check-in is at 4pm on 12/11/2022 and Check-out is at 11am on 12/16/2022.
I will be flexible and try to accommodate an adjustment request if you require it.
If you must "cancel" after you're
booked and a
confirmation number is provided
, I will offer to refund 75% of the purchase price if you notify me in writing more than 60 days before check in.
If you request to cancel between 60 and 31 days before check in, I will offer to refund 50% of the purchase price.
No refunds can be given within 30 days of check in.
Exception: If Disney should suspend operations at
Bay Lake Tower
during these dates
and doesn't allow guests to stay there at the time of this reservation, I will offer a refund or a substitute reservation.

My family lives in Florida and has been visiting Disney World since it opened in 1971, We've been Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members since 2009.  DVC is the Disney version of a timeshare which allows members to own a part of the magic by purchasing a 50 year interest in one of the DVC resorts.  This "ownership interest" essentially lets members prepay for 50 years of accommodations based loosely on the rates being charged in the year they join.  In our case, we purchased an interest in Bay Lake Tower in 2009 and receive a number of "vacation points" to use for each year of our ownership.  This year, we've accumulated more vacation points than we can use so we're offering someone else the ability to stay as our guest at the resort for a deeply discounted rate.  That's how I can offer a stay at this incomparable Deluxe Disney World Resort for significantly less than you would normally pay direct.  Please send me a message if you have any questions.
