This is for a 6 night stay in a Deluxe Studio with a Theme Park View from your Studio Balcony.  Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a "Monorail Resort" on Disney Property and only 10 minutes walk to the Magic Kingdom!  Bay Lake Tower has
dramatic views that may include old-growth cypress trees, the shimmering Bay Lake, the lush courtyard or Cinderella Castle. Enjoy enchanting pools, award-winning dining and the extensive offerings of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, connected by the convenient Sky Way Bridge.  Deluxe
Studios feature one full bathroom, a kitchenette, a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa and a balcony. The attached layout image is a representation of the typical studio layout but the actual studio booked may vary slightly.

At the end of your stay, you'll enjoy the same convenience from your Resort to Orlando International Airport (I can help you set this up if you need it).
Free Transportation: Free use of all operating transportation, including Monorails, Boats & Buses from the resort to all Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Water Parks and Disney Springs shopping, dining & activities.
Free Parking: If you're driving, save with free hotel parking and free parking at other locations within Disney World.
Extra Magic Hours: Early entrance or late exit may be available for Disney World Resort guests.

ayment by check will be accepted if received within 5 days of purchase.
If payment is made by check, the transfer of the reservation to the buyer's name would take place after the check clears.
I will provide you with a contract outlining our agreement following your payment.
A verifiable Disney confirmation number will be provided.
No additional resort fees or taxes would be required for your stay.
Purchase of this accommodation does not include park tickets or any type of food or dining.
Check-in is at 4pm on 9/27/2021 and Check-out is at 11am on 10/3/2021.
I will be flexible and try to accommodate an adjustment request if you require it.
If you must cancel after you're
booked and a
confirmation number is provided
, I will offer to refund 75% of the purchase price if you notify me in writing more than 60 days before check in.
If you request to cancel between 60 and 31 days before check in, I will offer to refund 50% of the purchase price.
No refunds can be given within 30 days of check in.
Exception: If Disney should suspend operations at
Bay Lake Tower
during these dates
and doesn't allow guests to stay there at the time of this reservation, I will offer a refund or a substitute reservation.
A trip cancellation policy is recommended if you're uncertain about your plans.
My family lives in Florida and has been visiting Disney World since it opened in 1971, We've been Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members since 2009.  DVC is the Disney version of a timeshare which allows members to own a part of the magic by purchasing a 50 year interest in one of the DVC resorts.  This "ownership interest" essentially lets members prepay for 50 years of accommodations based loosely on the rates being charged in the year they join.  In our case, we purchased an interest in Bay Lake Tower in 2009 and receive a number of "vacation points" to use for each year of our ownership.  This year, we've accumulated more vacation points than we can use so we're offering someone else the ability to stay as our guest at the resort for a deeply discounted rate.  That's how I can offer a stay at this incomparable Deluxe Disney World Resort for significantly less than you would normally pay direct.  Please send me a message if you have any questions.
