Please contact me to check date availability . I do not control availability dates I am the owner of this timeshare unit. You request the date , I then call to see if suite is available. If it is available you would finish the rental purchase. I will then provide you with all the contact information . You will then pay for 2 refundable all inclusive to secure the reservation. All confirmations will be sent to you via email from Barcelo. You can pay for other guests at a later time but to secure a reservation and the room this is there payment policy.

This is a big savings as you get a beautiful spacious room instead of having to rent 2 regular rooms from hotel and it's still less expensive through me.
This fee is payable to me as the owner of the week .
You then pay the occidental vacation club the mandatory all inclusive fees per day per person as follows:
High season 7per person per day
Low season 5 pp per day
Children: from 2-12 pay 50% rate

Based upon availability, the renter can use this resort at ANYTIME during week # 2 (2020) through Week # 50 (2020)with the exception of Week 7 (President's week)  Easter  and Xmas week. Guaranteed usage of the suite is a reservation from Saturday to Saturday. This is an all inclusive mandatory resort. The fees for all inclusive are paid directly to the Occidental upon booking. I then get paid for the use of the suite. This unit is only available to timeshare owners and quests. You can't book this suite directly from hotel
With this rental you will have "First Club access". This means that you will have your own private check in, access to the First club area which gives you free unlimited internet access, along with top shelf liquor/ domestic and imported bottled beers at the first club bar. Your getting all of my owner privileges going as my guest.

Aruba is an island in the Caribbean that is out of the hurricane belt, therefore any time of year you go you will never have to worry about hurricanes.  Very kid friendly. There is a supervised kids club along side the pool where the kids can go to play video games, color, finger paint, you name it.
There are premium restaurants in the hotel. L'Olio which is a delicious Italian Restaurant, Zen- which is an amazing hibachi style restaurant. Desire which is a Caribbean style restaurant which offers amazing seafood style cuisine. There is a Mexican Restaurant and a different style sit down buffet dinner every night. These include, Italian, Seafood, Steak, Caribbean style foods.
