a F1 Race Track.

race track is only 30 minutes
from the hotel. Price includes all taxes and hotel fees. This Studio Deluxe is 0 a night for a total of 00 for the entire stay. You can check hotel websites, this price is extremely competitive for a spacious condo, including a King Bed, Queen pull out couch and a full kitchen. There is a pool with a view on the top of the building . You can come in a few days early and enjoy Austin before you head to the race track.

This is one of my most favorite Wyndham properties. Firstly, the location is good. Everything is a short scooter ride or drive away. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is kept very clean and the decor is adorable. Our room was clean and contained all the essentials when we arrived. The rooftop pool was great and a nice place to relax. There’s also a fitness center which has free weights, treadmills etc. and cooled towels! The main thing at this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. They will answer every question you have and even make recommendations for places that you should visit in the city.

Once you get to the web site choose Explore Resorts.  Choose the state of Texas and then choose Club Wyndham Austin. It will take you to the view of the resort and the rooms.

You DO NOT have to go to a sales presentation.  You are the guest of a Founders VIP Wyndham owner and you are NOT required to go to any activities or presentations.  Just alert the person who calls that you are there for vacation and are not interested in a sales presentation!
Things to know before you purchase:
1. Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the dates of the stay.  You do not have to arrive on the first night.  Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction. Whatever nights you do not use you loose -  no refunds.
2.  The resort has a Non-Smoking policy  and a NO pet policy in the units and buildings.
3.  Check-in is 4:00 pm daily;  check-out time is 10:00 am.  The check-in desk is open 24 hours per day.  There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
4.  A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.  Any damage is the responsibility of the guest.
5. Cancellations are not permitted.
6. Seller is NOT responsible for fees charged by the resort, such as high-speed internet service, parking, amenities, activities.
7. There are no extra charges, no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees.  Other hotels will add sales tax or some other fees you might want to consider this when comparing the prices…..

- Once I receive your information I will obtain a Guest Confirmation in your name within 48 hours.

Seller emails Guest Confirmation
- Once I receive the guest confirmation, I will forward it to you via ebay or your paypal email provided.

Pack your bags
you are off to Austin TX and all the fun you can handle

Print out your guest confirmation and take it with you.
You will need it to check in.

Present your Guest Confirmation and Valid ID.
Hotel will take an imprint of a credit card.  Guest is responsible for any incidental charges and or any damage to the unit.
