Thoughtfully designed, this space is perfect for one or two couples or a family stay. Two separate sleeping areas provide total privacy. And when everyone wants to get together, the kitchen area is the perfect spot for TV, snacks, meals, cocktails and fun times together.
The bedroom features a king bed, dresser, night tables (with clock radio) and lamps. With plush pillows, dreamy mattress and cozy bedding, you won't want to get out of bed!
In the kitchen/dining/sitting area, the table seats four. The sofa (opens to a queen bed), coffee table and armchair create a cozy sitting area.
Maximum sleeping capacity of this unit is 4.
The fully-equipped galley kitchen has everything you need for your stay and more! Over and under-sink cabinets are made of locally-made hardwood; counter tops are granite. New appliances consist of dishwasher, micro/convection oven, 4-burner stove top, mid-size refrigerator with full width freezer, coffee-maker, toaster and blender. The stainless steel sink is equipped with a garbage disposal. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with kitchen items including cutting board, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting board, tea kettle, ice bucket, kitchen towels and potholders.
There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV in both the bedroom and the kitchen areas.
Local art depicting Aruba's nature, culture and history complement the warm earth tones of the ceramic tiled floors, granite tops, and upholstery and draperies patterned in tropical motifs.
The one-bedroom unit also features a separate utility/storage closet with iron and ironing board, suitcase valet, safe deposit box, broom and dustpan and additional closet space (rod and shelves). An additional linen closet provides extra storage space.
The bathroom is fitted with a granite-top sink vanity and a large tiled stall shower with handrail. Dispensers for soap, shampoo and shower gel are wall-mounted for your convenience, as is the hairdryer.
After your payment and
guest information
are received, I will enter the information for the Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation and forward them to you via email. Please provide me with the name of the person who will be checking in first.  Use the comments section of the PayPal transaction to provide the following:
*  Name of the person who will be checking in  (has to match ID used at check-in - must be 21)
*  Address - as it is listed on the driver's license
*  Phone Number - a cell phone number is best
*  email address

Any changes to this check-in information will result in an additional fee to change the guest information.
·   Photo identification and credit card imprint are required at check-in for the temporary 0 security deposit.  Person checking in must be
21
years of age or older.  Guests are responsible for any damages or pilfering during their stay and agree to resolve these issues with the resort.
·   I will email the guest confirmation to the address on the PayPal transaction - please print it out and bring it with you to check-in or save it on your cell phone.
Everything will be handled via email and phone with no actual shipment or pickup needed.

No cancellations or refunds
with this transaction.  Double check dates to make sure they match your vacation/travel plans.
·   The guest
must contact the resort if they will be not arriving on the first day of their reservation
or the resort may cancel their reservation. This is the responsibility of the guest and the seller has no obligation to attempt to assist the guest should this happen nor to replace the reservation if it is cancelled.
Be advised there will be a fee of approximately 5 for room taxes and energy surcharge that will be the responsibility of the buyer.
