The dates of this reservation cannot be changed, but check-in or departure dates can be any time within the reservation period. Late check after hours must be arranged by calling the resort.
THE GUEST CHECKING IN MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.
The buyer must provide the name of the guest checking in at the resort, then that name will be added to the reservation. Only that guest can check in. The resort check-in will require a credit card for incidental charges, and a government issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card. The reservation and a letter of introduction will be mailed to the buyer. Please include the Guest Name in the note section of your PayPal payment. Once a Guest Name has been added, any name change will cost an additional .

As with all timeshares, there is no daily maid service. Prior to your arrival the Suite is thoroughly cleaned, and the linens are changed.
Please bring towels for use at the swimming pool and the beach as they are not provided by the resort.
