🔺RESERVATION PROCESS🔺
(AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED):
🔸      Please send the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the guest who will check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and a phone number. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation will be emailed within 3-5 business days.
🔸      Confirmation will be sent via email within 3-5 business days. That is what is used to check-in the property. Confirmation is NOT sent via snail mail.  Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
🔸      The reservation can only be in one person's name.  Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of .  Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
