All sales are final! This just means once the sale is placed and processed there will be no refunds! LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) is only supported if you are to pay extra for overnight Fedex express (If there happens to be deaths upon arrival with overnight express, photos will need to be taken and a replacement package will be sent out.) The reason for this is simple, no amount of packaging (cold or heat) pack will simply not hold up to the duration of the travel time (Priority Ship) for 1 to 5 business days. If you are ordering isopods and or springtails in extreme temps, I would recommend setting your address up for the nearest USPS post office, to ensure the survival of your Insects. Also we cannot be held responsible if you provide the wrong address. If there happens to be a lost package in the mail we will work with the buyer to assure they receive their contents.
ISOPOD COUNTS
All Shipments of Isopods will be sent with an extra 10% count. For example, if you were to purchase 20 Isopods, 22 will be sent out. For this reason if there happens to be a couple casualties during shipping the extra 10% will make up for any minor loss.
BUNDLES
All Bundles will come with a 16oz Temperate Springtail. If you are wanting Tropical or Arid species, Please check out my ebay store. If you are wanting extra isopods with your bundle simply click the drop down menu and add extra Isopods.
