I personally have found the resort staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful as long as you are not being jerks and disrupting the vacation of other guests and making the job of the staff more difficult. I really enjoy staying at this resort but can use the rental money. However, this week vacation is listed below my cost. I paid a 3.00 maintenance fee for the week so after eBay charges I will actually be losing money. So if you find a comparable vacation week for less grab it.  Please note this resort is a short (but slightly inconvenient) walk to the beach. One thing that is great about this unit is that the 1 bedroom units at this resort are a bit larger than other resorts like Ocean Sands, or Ocean Key. This translates to plenty of room for the King size bed versus a queen size or even smaller at other resorts.
Once you buy this vacation week I will ask the name, address, email, and phone of the person checking in. Then I will send the information to the resort management so they will expect you and they will email you a confirmation. Once this is done the vacation week cannot be transferred again so there are no refunds.

For rent is a one bedroom suite checking in 9/3/2021 checking out 9/10/2021. The bedroom has a king size bed. The living room has a full size pull out couch. The resort limits the occupancy to 4 people.  Please note the person checking in must be 25 years old or older with valid ID. This resort does not accept pets. The Atrium Resort is located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, a couple of blocks to the beach.  The smoke-free resort features a family-oriented atmosphere.
This is a timeshare resort but you do not need to go to a sales pitch.
