7 days and 7 night accommodations
at the Four Seasons Troon Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix.  It is a GORGEOUS resort!  We are owners renting out our villa for the week. The Four Seasons Hotel is
right on the premises and
walking distance from the villas. There is free parking and complimentary transportation that will take you anywhere on the resort property.
We are unable to use this villa on short notice and have thus slashed the price!

You will be staying in
a villa, measuring approximately 480 square feet.
It is about the size of a large hotel room. Your villa is equipped with a king size bed and a sofabed, a large bathroom, and a private terrace or balcony
with
magestic views of the Sonora desert.
It sleeps 3 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a small refrigerator, coffeemaker & free coffee, toaster, microwave, dishes, flatware, glasses, and assorted other amenities (such as soaps, toiletries, bathrobes). The Four Seasons has free cable TV and movies. In addition to activities at the resort, there is also plenty to do in nearby Phoenix, Carefree, and Sedona.

We have been Four Seasons owners for 24 years.  We have been to this resort many times. Our family loves going there, which is why we go back year after year.
Four Seasons owners pay the highest maintenance fees in the industry.
You get what you pay for, and the Four Seasons always exceeds our expectations! The service is considered among the best in the luxury travel industry.

The grounds are beautiful and the people are always kind and helpful.
You can stay for fewer than 7 nights anytime between August 27 and September 3, 2021. But the price is the same whether you stay all 7 nights or for a shorter stay.
As soon as payment is received, I will have the reservation placed to your name. Please provide me with your phone number and the address that appears on your ID. Then the reservation voucher will be emailed to you as a PDF file. I can also mail it to you upon request. You will have your resort voucher within 24 hours of when your payment is made, though within 12 hours is more typical since I can usually do a same day transfer. Feel free to call the Four Seasons ahead of time to verify your reservation.
An immediate payment is required.
Due to the close time proximity of this trip, please only bid if you know you can go on the trip and will not have to make any changes or cancel.
This package is non-refundable.

An immediate payment is required for this item.  Due to the close proximity of the trip, if an immediate payment is not received, the trip will be relisted on ebay or offered to another buyer.
Shipping
After payment has been received and the reservation has been put in your name, a PDF voucher will be emailed to you.  In most cases, you will receive your vacation voucher within 24 hours (more likely within 12 hours). Most of the time, the voucher can be prepared and sent to you the same day that payment is received. Upon request, the travel voucher can also be shipped by First Class Mail.
