The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom which features stand-in shower, garden tub and double-sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV.  The third bedroom also has its own flat screen TV, an X-box, and features a full sized bed and a twin bed, sleeping 3 people. The final bedroom has two twin beds as well as a flat-screen TV.
There is also a bonus room for the kids, full of several board games for the whole family to enjoy! The garage has even been converted into a games room with table-tennis, air hockey table, and a foosball table. The private pool area is the perfect retreat after the end of a long day. The pool is fully screened to keep out the bugs and features a shaded lanai area for outside dining. There is also a fence up around the entire backyard and pool area, for complete privacy & relaxation!
We are centrally located, I-4 is about 3 miles south and about 3 miles north to 192 or “the strip” leading to Kissimmee and Old Town, fun for all ages. On highway 27 you are central to the entire area and the gated community provides a quiet and more secure place to come home after a day of exploring.
Shopping is as close as Posner Park just 3 miles south. Most amenities you will need can be purchased for at Dollar Tree which is in Posner Park. There are also several outlet malls within 20 miles and you are 15 minutes from the parks and about an hour from the beaches on either coast. Orlando airport is 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes. Perfect, central location to anything you want to do.
Golf Lovers are also centrally located for a variety of golf courses, including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Polo Park and many more. Or maybe miniature golfers? Lots of those too.
Community facilities are available for your use and include a large pool, playground, and tennis courts. Entrance into the home is easy with an electronic keypad instead of having to worry about a key. All you need for a wonderful vacation with space for everyone in your family.
