Hello and greetings from Dubia Farms. Breeding high quality feeder insects & worms is our full time job.
We take great pride to ensure that you get exactly what you order. We hand count every single order. You will get 50 Medium Dubia Roaches. (Our) target size for (our) Mediums is approximately 3/8-1/2”
We feed our roaches grains, fruits & vegetables. We always have your pet's health in mind.
We clean our colonies weekly
We over count by 5% in case of any loss during shipping.
* USPS shipping & tracking delays. Please allow 2-3 extra days for delivery. USPS tracking is overwhelmed and is behind. This doesn't mean your package is sitting still. We will pack with carrots to help the roaches on their journey.

Buyer is responsible for tracking package. When your package is ready for pickup, for the warranty to be valid you must pickup within 24 hours (exceptions weekends) I'm seeing a higher number of packages never being picked up from the post office. (
Even a few blamed me, strange)
Sometimes your postal carrier holds the package for pickup when no secure location is
available
or you aren't home and the package is clearly marked LIVE! I
recommend signing up for text message updates on the Post Office's website once your tracking number is posted.

We are a family owned business who started breeding Dubia Roaches to sell through our own pet store over 15 years.
We founded Dubia Farms to expand our business and start selling online. We built a larger facility dedicated to breeding and raising Dubia Roaches and have been increasing the number of breeders so that we could successfully support the business.

to have your order held at the post office
1. Warranty is VOIDED if you do not follow shipping Guidelines! Do not order if you do not accept our shipping guidelines.
2. Check your local weather before placing orders. We process too many orders to check every order's weather. The customer is 100% responsible for being temperature aware.
3. Make sure someone is available to receive the package or request it to be held at the Post Office.
4. If your temperatures are above (Day or Night) 85F you MUST request "Hold at Post Office"

7. Make sure your shipping information is correct on Ebay & Paypal.
We will not edit your shipping address for you.
8. We must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery with any issues. We require 2 pictures and a 15 second video (of the dead bugs) sent to our EMAIL. So we can file a post office claim, on our behalf.
9. If you are worried about your postal person leaving the package, Contact us and we will add authorized signature. It will be extra
10. We will not be held responsible if the package was left in mail box or at front door.
• If the above shipping stipulations are met. We guarantee live arrival but you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
If there are any problems with you order, please contact us before leaving feedback. For new customers to EBay, contact us directly, Do not open a case with EBay. This just slows the process down.
We ship via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you have any questions, requests, or instructions please message us before placing an order.
We ship Tuesday- Saturday except on holidays. Orders placed on the weekend (after 12pm Friday) will be shipped on Tuesday. All orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will typically be shipped same day.
