These are very prolific, medium-sized isopod species that are absolutely gorgeous! From hand selected colonization for high red/orange color. They are normally found in Asia. Like all of our other products they are bred from our own colonies which were established from a captive-born bloodline. They thrive well in moist vivarium settings. Great for breaking down fecal matter, rotting foliage, and organic debris. They love a high protein diet!
Each order contains a minimum of 5 rubber duckies and 5 blonde duckies!!
They do a great job at keeping your Bioactive Tanks clean as Cleaner Crews.
live arrival guarantee only if package is opened within 1 hour of arrival. In the case of Dead On Arrivals or DOA we will require a picture of each isopod with a needle or pin through its thorax on one page within an hour of opening. In the event we need to replace an order, shipping cost will need to be paid by customer before replacements are sent out.
Heat and or cold packs are included on the shipping charges if needed.
For DOAs (Dead on arrival) No refunds. Only replacements packages at buyers expense. Meaning buyer pays shipping cost for replacements. We guarantee live arrival on all insects if temperature are above 40F and below 90F. Please be sure to check your weather conditions before ordering as we may not be able to check/know what the weather will be in your area. Any complaints about DOA and or damage to the product and provide no proof CANNOT be considered for a product replacement. Each package is packed with care and is video taped and pictured before and after it is sealed and picked up by usps. We are not responsible for usps delays
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays in the order we receive orders. Meaning first person to order will be ship out first and so on so if you’re the 5th order your order will be the 5th shipment to ship out. We ship out many packages a day to try our best to have packages delivered in a timely manner. We must be told about any DOAS within 1 hour of delivery/pickup from when the tracking says it was delivered/picked up. We will ask for clear pictures and or video to prove any DOAS. Pictures must show a pin going through the body of the insect to prove it/they are dead No refunds for DOAS (dead on arrival) just replacement will be sent shipping at buyers expense. We are not responsible for usps delays.
Customer must receive product on first delivery attempt, if there is an issue with delivery, it must be resolved with UPS or USPS directly. It is suggested you make arrangements to pick it up at your local hub or connect with the driver, given the perishable nature of our product.
We guarantee live arrival on all insects if temperature are above 40F and below 90F. All insects are packaged with heat during the winter, but will not tolerate sub-freezing temperatures in long periods of exposure to the elements. You must receive your package on first delivery attempt or the guarantee is void.
