A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check in at this resort.  NO PETS.  While a credit card impression will be taken at check in for incidentals, there are no additional costs to the successful bidder outside of any damages to the unit or, for example, activity center fees, LD calls, restaurant charges etc.  Local and Toll Free calls are free.  Check in is at 4 pm on the beginning date listed and check out is at 10 am on the ending date listed.

Guest confirmations and all needed documentation and directions will be emailed
within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment.
There will be no shipping costs involved.
As with most timeshare units - there is no maid service.
