At time of purchase please confirm the name and address of the person who will actually be checking into the Resort.
Very Important:  Wyndham Resorts will only allow you to put one name on the reservation.  That person must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and is staying in the unit.
If you are not the one who will be checking into the Resort please furnish that person's name and address at time of purchase.
A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in for security purposes.
The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
If you need to cancel your reservation please know that your purchase price cannot be refunded.
If you have more than one unit reserved for dates that overlap within the same time period the additional reservation(s) will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification, and forfeiture of the purchase price.
Early Check-out:  An early check-out will result in the forfeiture of the purchase price for the remainder of your reservation.
Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.
There are no other fees due when you check in; and you are not required to attend any meeting to tour the Resort during your stay.

Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.
